OpenWater Energy supported a major investor on 3 world-scale new build FPSO projects for the full EPCIC phase, from detailed engineering, construction in China, onshore and offshore commissioning, and start-up.
This involved scrutinising project progress, participating in progress reviews, and conducting site visits over 5 years.
We used our extensive EPCIO experience to identify the key risks and opportunities for improvements during these projects, including during the COVID disruption.
