OpenWater Energy has supported a major investor in 6 world-scale FPSOs (both conversion and new build) during the offshore Operations and Maintenance phase.
This involves reviewing regular progress reports and participating in regular meetings with the operator. This work has been performed over 5 years and is still ongoing.
We use our extensive FPSO O&M experience to identify key risks and opportunities for improvements during the operating phase of these vessels, including issues such as hull integrity, process efficiency, and the introduction of digital technologies.
